Santa’s Country Home – located in rural North Pole, this modest, charming house is where Santa and Mrs. Claus retreat to for a long weekend of quiet and relaxation, and even a game of Canasta, on occasion. The plan features the Elf Manufactured “Fripple Glazing” (one more than triple) super insulated windows.

SantaPlans Blueprints are produced in full color and are full sized blueprints (20” high by 30” wide).  

They can be personalized with your company’s name and  information appearing in the Title Block.

Each Blueprint is packaged individually in RED mailing tubes, shipped to you ready to label and mail.
