Ordering:

Online ordering is the quickest and most effective way to process your order. All orders are required to be prepaid. Orders require 10 days for printing. Order early, orders received after December 15th - may not be shipped in time for your seasonal mailing.

Return Policy

Professional Drafting Service fully guarantees the package you receive against any bending, tearing, breaking or any other kind of damage which may occur during the shipping process. If there was damage, you must contact Customer Support within 5 days of receiving your order at (800)358.0288.

All orders are final. Returns will not be accepted on custom / imprinted orders. However, if an error was made on our part during the processing of your order, we will fully refund your order or re-send corrected order.
